项痹病(神经根型颈椎病)中医护理方案临床应用效果验证性研究

摘要
目的探究项痹病(神经根型颈椎病)中医护理方案的具体临床应用效果。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月本院收治的126例项痹病患者开展本研究,全部患者均给予中医护理方案,观察并分析其临床效果。结果颈肩疼痛者、肢体麻木者、眩晕者、肢体活动受限者、不寐者分别对护理效果的认可度为94.55%、96.88%、98.00%、87.80%、90.38%。接受中药敷药、穴位按摩、艾条治疗、耳穴贴压、中药熏蒸患者的依从性分别为100.00%、98.41%、100.00%、99.00%、97.14%;对护理的满意度分别为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、99.00%、100.00%。结论对项痹病患者施行中医护理方案,可促进中医临床护理工作顺利开展,充分发挥其中医护理技术和中医治疗效果,患者满意度较高,可加强推广。
Objective To explore the specific clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for Xiangbi disease(nerve root type cervical spondylosis). Methods A total of 126 patients with Xiangbi disease admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled in this study. All patients were given a Chinese medicine nursing program to observe and analyze their clinical effects. Results The recognition rate of nursing effect for patients with neck and shoulder pain, limb numbness, dizziness, limited limb movement and insomnia was 94.55%, 96.88%, 98.00%, 87.80% and 90.38% respectively. The compliance of patients receiving Chinese medicine ironing, acupoint massage, moxa stick therapy, auricular point application, and Chinese medicine fumigation were 100.00%, 98.41%, 100.00%, 99.00%, and 97.14% respectively; satisfaction with nursing was 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 99.00%, 100.00%. Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for patients with Xiangbi disease can promote the smooth development of clinical nursing work of TCM, give full play to the effect of TCM nursing technology and TCM treatment, and the patient satisfaction is higher, which can be promoted.
