神经根型颈椎病应用中医导引护理的临床效果

摘要
目的:分析与研究中医导引护理在神经根型颈椎病治疗中的应用效果。方法:本次研究对象为2016年3月-2017年12月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的80例神经根型颈椎病患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例患者。给予对照组常规护理,观察组采用中医导引护理法。比较两组患者的临床效果及护理满意度。结果:观察组的临床效果优于对照组,观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对神经根型颈椎病患者采用中医导引护理法的能够有效地提高临床效果,提升护理满意度。
Objective:To analyze and study the application effect of TCM guided nursing in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radicular disease.Method:A total of 80 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in each group.The patients were treated with routine care in the control group,and the observation group adopted the TCM guidance nursing method.The clinical effects and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM guided cervical nursing for patients with cervical spondylotic radicular disease can effectively improve the clinical effect and improve nursing satisfaction.
