摘要
目的了解海南省文昌市南北沟地区嗜人按蚊的现状。方法采用幼虫勺捕法调查孳生地;以人诱和牛帐诱捕观察其吸血趋性;用牛帐诱捕观察季节消长和夜间活动。结果在渗出水、畜迹水体和废弃养殖池中捕获嗜人按蚊幼虫。南北沟地区嗜人按蚊吸人牛血比例分别为5.66%和94.34%;该地区嗜人按蚊全年均有活动,主要集中在3~8月份,11月有个小峰,夜间活动高峰在19:00~20:00。结论该地区嗜人按蚊主要孳生在水质较清有植物的渗出水、畜迹水体中。其偏吸牛血;无明显的季节高峰,吸血活动主要在傍晚。
        Objective To know the current situation of Anopheles anthropophagus in Nanbeigou Aera,Wenchang city.Methods Scoop sampling method and cow bait method were used for surveying habitat of Anopheles anthropophagus larvae,seasonal fluctuation and nocturnal activity patterns respectively. While human and cow bait method was used for observingblood-sucking habit of the mosquitoes. Results Anopheles anthropophaguswere captured in seepage water, cattle trace anddiscarded ponds. The proportion of sucking human blood meal and cow blood meal by Anopheles anthropophagus were 5.66%and 94.34%. Anopheles anthropophagus was active all year round, mainly in March to August, and there was a little peak inNovember. The nocturnal peak was in 19:00 – 20:00. Conclusions Larvae of An. anthropophagus mainly breeds inseepage water and cattle trace, where water were clean and vegetated. An. anthropophagus prefer for cow blood withoutseasonal peak and take blood meal at dusk
