胶囊内镜检查小肠转运时间的影响因素分析

摘要
目的探讨影响全小肠胶囊内镜检查小肠转运时间的因素。方法回顾性分析行全小肠胶囊内镜检查的380例受检者临床资料,探讨影响小肠转运时间的相关因素。结果 320例受检者完成了全小肠检查,性别、年龄、是否合并糖尿病或小肠疾病等因素对胃排空时间均无显著影响(P> 0.05);年龄大、小肠疾病为影响小肠转运时间的影响因素。结论对年龄≥65岁、小肠疾病受检者在行胶囊内镜检查前,应提前做好相应准备,必要时积极采取干预措施促进胃肠道蠕动,以尽可能完成全小肠检查。
