摘要
催化剂在化工生产过程中起着重要作用,特别是在催化裂化生产过程中,催化剂的作用更加明显。但是,大多数催化剂都会被重金属污染。许多金属钝化剂虽然解决了催化剂中毒的问题,但对环境又产生了污染,为了解决这个问题,环境友好型金属钝化剂的研究就变得非常重要。介绍了催化剂上钒污染的机理,为研究环境友好型金属钝化剂奠定了基础,无毒、高效、无污染的环境友好型金属钝化剂的研究在未来占有重要地位。
Catalysts play an important role in the chemical production process,especially in the catalytic cracking process,the role of catalysts is more obvious.However,most catalysts are contaminated by heavy metals.Although many metal passivators solve the problem of catalyst poisoning,they also pollute the environment.In order to solve this problem,the research of environment-friendly metal passivators becomes very important.In this paper,the mechanism of vanadium pollution on catalysts is introduced,which lays a foundation for the study of environmentally friendly metal passivators.It is pointed out that the research of environmentally friendly metal passivators with non-toxicity,high ef?ciency and pollution-free occupies an important position in the future research ?eld of metal passivators.
