实时超声心动图三维斑点追踪技术对肥厚型心肌病患者左室整体收缩功能及收缩同步性的评价应用探讨

摘要
目的:探讨实时超声心动图三维斑点追踪技术对肥厚型心肌病患者左室整体收缩功能及收缩同步性的评价应用。方法:选取笔者所在医院在2017年8月-2018年9月进行治疗的肥厚型心肌病患者50例,作为研究组,选取在笔者所在医院进行体检的健康人群50例作为对照组。比较两组一般资料、左室GPAS与收缩同步性及左室整体应变参数。结果:两组左室舒张末内径、左室后壁厚度、LVEF比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组室间隔厚度大于对照组(P<0.05),研究组E/A小于对照组(P<0.05),研究组GPAS、A·Ts-sD、A-Max-Ts均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组GCS、GRS与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组GAS、GLS低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肥厚型心肌病患者应用实时超声心动图三维斑点追踪技术能够有效地评价左室整体收缩功能及收缩同步性,为临床提供准确的信息。
        Objective:To investigate the evaluation and application of real-time echocardiographic three-dimensional speckle tracking technology for the left ventricular systolic function and systolic synchronization in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.Method:From August 2017 to September 2018,50 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study group and 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.General data,left ventricular GPAS and contractile synchronization and left ventricular overall strain parameters were compared between the two groups.Result:Two groups with left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular posterior wall thickness,LVEF compared differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05),the team ventricular septal thickness in the study group was greater than the control group(P<0.05),the team E/A in the study group was less than the control group(P<0.05),the team GPAS,a·Ts-sD,A-Max-Ts in the study group were higher than control group(P<0.05),the team GCS,the difference of GRS in the study group compared with the control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05),the team GAS,GLS in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Real-time echocardiographic three-dimensional spot tracking technique can effectively evaluate the whole contractile function and contractile synchronization of the left ventricle in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and provide accurate clinical information.
