囊性脑转移瘤治疗进展
摘要
随着医疗技术的不断发展,脑转移瘤的诊出率越来越高,其中囊性脑转移瘤所占比例也较高。囊性脑转移瘤因病情急,占位效应明显,是医学上亟待解决的问题。本文对囊性脑转移瘤的形成及特点、治疗进展及疗效进行了综述。比较了立体定向穿刺结合伽玛刀、开放性手术、全脑放疗和化疗等治疗方案的优缺点,并总结分析了大量临床工作者的研究成果。选择合适的治疗方案,快速解除囊性脑转移瘤占位效应所引起的神经症状,以提高患者生活质量、延长生存期。
