立体定向穿刺引流术结合伽玛刀治疗囊性脑转移瘤
摘要
<正>脑转移瘤的发生率为20%~40%[1],实性脑转移瘤多见,囊性脑转移瘤较为少见[2]。由于影像学技术和治疗水平的提高,颅外恶性肿瘤生存期延长,脑转移发生率正逐步上升,未治疗者预后差,中位生存期仅1个月[3]。手术、放射外科、全脑放疗、化疗等治疗方法都可取得一定的效果,但目前仍无关于脑转移瘤的标准治疗方法。
