精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混和注射液25R和50R治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混和注射液25和精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混和注射液50治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选择2016年10月—2017年10月我院收治的160例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为2组,其中观察组给予优泌乐50治疗,对照组给予优泌乐25治疗,观察两组患者血糖控制情况、体质量指数(BMI)、胰岛素用量、平均血糖达标时间、低血糖发生次数的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后均较治疗前有显著改善,其中观察组治疗后血糖控制情况显著优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者胰岛素用量、平均血糖达标时间、低血糖发生次数更低(P <0.05)。结论对于口服降糖药治疗无效的2型糖尿病患者,优泌乐50比优泌乐25治疗血糖控制效果更佳,低血糖发生率更低。
Objective To observe the efficacy of protamine zinc recombinant lysine insulin mixed injection 25 and protamine zinc recombinant lysine insulin mixed injection50 in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods From October 2016 to October 2017,160 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into2 groups, the observation group was given umile 50 treatment, control group was given umile 25 treatment, observation of two groups of patients with blood sugar control, body mass index(BMI), insulin dosage, the average blood glucose control is at the time, the change of the frequency of hypoglycaemia.Results Both groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group in blood glucose control after treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had lower insulin dosage, mean blood glucose standard time, and frequency of hypoglycemia(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes who are not effectively treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs,umirolo50 has a better blood glucose control effect and a lower incidence of hypoglycemia than umirolo25.
