中医康复护理对脑梗死患者功能康复的促进作用分析

摘要
目的探究分析中医康复护理对脑梗死患者功能康复的促进作用。方法选取该院在2017年6月—2018年6月期间收治的106例脑梗死患者并按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理方案,观察组则在此基础上给予中医康复护理,对比两组患者在护理前后的运动及神经功能改善情况。结果实施中医康复护理后的观察组患者的运动功能及神经功能的改善情况均要明显优于对照组,其中观察组CSS评分(8.76±1.17)分,优于对照组的(14.13±2.36)分(t=5.317,P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者群体实施中医康复护理,可有效帮助患者的运动及神经功能快速恢复,效果显著。
Objective To explore and analyze the promoting effect of TCM rehabilitation nursing on functional rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 106 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method. The control group was given a routine nursing program, and the observation group was based on this and the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine was given, to compare the exercise and neurological improvement of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The improvement of motor function and neurological function in the observation group after TCM rehabilitation was significantly better than that in the control group. The CSS score of the observation group was(8.76±1.17)points, which was better than that of the control group(14.13±2.36)points(t= 5.317, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of TCM rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction can effectively help patients with rapid recovery of exercise and nerve function, and the effect is remarkable.
