摘要
目的:分析长春市朝阳区居民食品安全知识、态度、行为现状及影响因素,探讨知信行三者的关系,并确定健康教育重点人群,为相关部门制定策略提供依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样法选择400个调查户,通过最近生日法确定400个调查对象,使用自行设计的调查问卷进行入户调查。结果:长春市朝阳区居民食品安全知识全部回答正确者占6.3%,各知识点知晓率为37.5%-92.5%;食品安全正确态度全部持有者占23.0%,各态度持有率为51.2%-93.2%;食品安全正确行为全部具有者占4.3%,各行为正确率为29.5%-87.0%。相关性分析显示,食品安全知识、态度及行为之间呈正相关性。四象限分析法显示,落入第Ⅰ(知识行为均正确)、Ⅱ(知识不正确行为正确)、Ⅲ(知识行为均不正确)、Ⅳ(知识正确行为不正确)象限人群的比例分别为41.75%、19.00%、14.75%、24.50%。结论:长春市朝阳区居民食品安全知识、态度、行为整体水平偏低。四象限分析法确定了重点人群,应根据不同象限人群开展有针对性的健康教育。
        Objective: To realize the state of knowledge,attitude and practice of food safety among residents in Chaoyang District of Changchun,to analyze its influence factors and explore the relationship between these three aspects,and identify the focused group of health education,to provide the basis for relevant departments to formulate corresponding strategies. Methods: A household survey was done with stratified random sampling. Results: The residents in chaoyang District of changchun who answered right for all the questions about food safety accounted for 6.3%,and the awareness rate of various knowledge point was 37. 5%- 92. 5%; the residents holding night attitudes towards food socfety accounted for 23. 0%,and the hotding rate of every attitude was 51. 2%- 93. 2%; the residents hawing right behaviors ocupied 4. 3%,and the right rate of every behavior was 29. 5- 87. 0%. The correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the knowledge attitude and practice of food safety. Four- quadrant analysis showed that the proportion falling into I( knowledge and behavior were both correct),II( knowledge correct and behaviors incorrect),III( knowledge and behavior were neither incorrect) and IV( knowledge correct and behavior incorrect)quadrant crowd were 41. 75%,19. 00%,14. 75% and 24. 50% respectively. Conclusion: The overall level of knowledge,attitude and behaviors about food safety among Chaoyang District residents in Changchun is on the low side. Four quadrant analysis method was used to determine the focus group,and it is proposed to carry out targeted education for the health of different groups.
