摘要
以热轧中锰钢(BTW)为材料,研究了石英砂为磨料的滑动和磨料磨损性能,分析了磨损机理。以此为基础,在煤矿刮板输送机上进行了中部槽磨损试验。试验结果表明,BTW中锰钢磨损硬化层深度达600μm,硬度高于NM400 26%(亚表层50μm处),耐磨性明显优于NM400耐磨钢,加工硬化效应是其抗磨损性能提高的主要原因。滑动磨损机理表现为微观切削和局部的疲劳剥落,磨料磨损则表现为犁沟磨损和局部凿削磨损。热轧中锰耐磨钢在刮板输送机中部槽的应用中表现出优良的抗磨损性能,可有效提升刮板输送机的使用寿命,减少综采工作面中部槽的维修和更换次数,提高煤炭开采效率。
        A hot-rolled medium manganese steel plate was selected as the testing material, and the quartz sand served as the abrasive, the sliding and wear properties of the quartz sand were researched, and the wear mechanism was analyzed. After that, the operation test of the middle trough was conducted on the scraper conveyor in colliery. The test results showed: the wear depth of the hardening layer of BTW hot-rolled medium manganese steel reached 600 μm, which was higher than that of NM400 martensite wear-resistant steel by 26%(at the depth from 50 μm to surface), while its wear-resistance property was remarkably superior to that of NM400 steel, therefore the machining hardening effects were the main reason for the improvement of wear-resistance property. The sliding wear mechanism of the quartz sand was characterized by micro-cutting and local fatigue spalling, while the wear of the abrasive was characterized by plough wear and local cutting wear. The application of hot-rolled medium manganese steel plate to the middle trough of the scraper conveyor indicated its excellent wear-resistance property, which was contributive to effective enhancement of the service life of the scraper conveyor, reduction of repair and replacement frequency of the middle trough and the increase of coal mining efficiency.
