摘要
为了研究后桥壳的可靠性,对后桥壳进行了有限元分析。通过模态分析与模态实验,分析了后桥壳的动态性能并验证了其有限元模型的正确性;通过静力学分析,校核了其强度、刚度。对后桥进行了拓扑优化并根据优化结果进行了改进,改进后后桥壳和半轴套在满足强度、刚度的条件下分别减轻了12. 33%和10.3%,从而提高了材料的利用率,实现了对拖拉机后桥壳轻量化的目的。
        In order to study the reliability of rear axle housing,the finite element analysis of rear axle housing is carried out. Modal analysis and modal experiment are carried out to analyze the dynamic performance of the rear axle housing and to veify the correctness of the finite element model. The static analysis of the rear axle housing is carried out to check its strength and stiffness. Topology optimization of the rear axle is carried out and improvement is made according to the optimization results. The weights rear axle housing and the half axle sleeve are reduced by 12. 33% and 10. 3% respectively under the condition of satisfying the strength and stiffness,which improved the utilization ratio of the material. The purpose of lightening the rear axle housing of the tractor is thus realized.
