摘要
综合分析了中药制药生产过程的耗水及排水环节,类比国内中药企业生产过程各工段排放水水质特点,根据出水水质情况及回用水质要求确定可行的回用点位,给出回用水水质与污水处理程度之间的关系。结合对某中药产业园综合污水处理厂的运行和废水水质状况及稳定性的现场调研,得出中药制药行业水资源再利用方法及可行性。全面系统地给出中药制药行业各工段排水及末端再生水的最佳利用途径。
        Water consumption and wastewater discharge in traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical production process are analyzed comprehensively. The analogue comparison of the effluent water quality characteristics of disch-arged wastewater in every working section of Chinese medicine industrial production process in China has accompli-shed. Based on the effluent water quality situation and the requirements for recycling water quality,the feasible reuse point positions are ascertained,and the relationship between reuse water quality and wastewater treatment degree is given. According to the field research on the operation of the comprehensive wastewater treatment plant of a Chinese medicine industrial park,as well as the wastewater quality situation and stability,it is known that the reutilization method and feasibility of water resources for Chinese medicine pharmaceutical industry have been obtained. The path-way to optimal utilization of the discharged water and terminal regenerated water of every working section in Chinese medicine pharmaceutical industry is brought forward completely and systematically.
