Water quality limitation and water quantity shortages coexist in Jiangsu Province, and water ecological civilization construction and the strictest water resources management system impose higher requirements on the use of reclaimed water. Based on the practical situation of Jiangsu Province, the key of the reclaimed water use should be to ensure that the effluent from urban sewage treatment plants meets the standards. The treatment process that matches with water quality requirements of water function areas and main consumers should be selected. The point to point mode,tree-shaped structure mode or recycle mode are applied to environmental ecology water, industrial cooling water and miscellaneous water respectively. Wastewater from industrial parks should be reused after centralized treatment, and the principles are different advanced treatments according to different water quality requirements, different quality supply and recycling.
