摘要
在专利CN2910480Y《一种磨具夹心成型器技术》的基础上,对砂轮成型过程中的夹心技术进行理论等方面的探讨。实际应用结果表明:应用夹心技术可以有效地提高砂轮的回转强度,增加砂轮的使用安全性。以磨凸轮轴陶瓷结合剂棕刚玉砂轮为例,通过陶瓷结合剂白刚玉砂轮配方夹心后,其强度提高了21%;另一方面,应用夹心技术可以节约大量的原材料成本,有效地解决资源匮乏问题并充分利用廉价资源。通过树脂结合剂棕刚玉砂轮配方夹心,磨轧辊树脂结合剂单晶刚玉砂轮的直接成本降低了33.84%。
Based on the patented technology of CN2910480YA type sandwich molding device of abrasive tools"sandwich technique was used in the forming process of grinding wheel based on theoretical discussion and practical application.Results showed that sandwich technology could effectively improve the turning intensity of grinding wheels,thus increasing the safety of grinding wheels.Taking vitrified brown corundum grinding wheel for grinding camshaft as an example,its intensity increased 21% after sandwiching with vitrified white corundum grinding wheel formula in the middle.The results also showed that the application of sandwich technology could save a large amount of raw materials,which effectively solved to the lack of resources and made use of cheap resources.It was shown that the cost of resin-bond single-crystal corundum grinding roller could be reduced by 33.84%after sandwiching with resin-bond corundum ingredients.
