我国高校绩效评价文献综述分析

摘要
文献是某一学科研究成果可以感触到的存在形式,采用文献综述学的方法,通过对我国高校绩效评价研究的相关文献进行分析,可以从文献角度客观了解该学科研究发展概况。论文以CNKI《中国学术文献网络出版总库》为主要数据源,着重对1983-2017年我国关于高校绩效评价研究的相关文献进行统计分析,分析结果表明:高校绩效评价的文献数量逐年增加,普通刊物是文献的主要发表源,核心作者的数量和文献的质量有待进一步提高。
The literature is a form of existence that the research results of a certain subject can be felt. Through using the method of literature review and analysis, the relevant literature of performance evaluation research in Chinese universities is analyzed, we can objectively understand the development of this discipline from the perspective of literature. The paper takes CNKI "China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database" as the main data source, mainly makes a statistical analysis of the relevant literature on the performance evaluation of colleges and universities in China from 1983 to 2017. The analysis results show that the number of literature on performance evaluation in colleges and universities is increasing year by year. General journals are the main source of literature publication. The number of core authors and the quality of literature need to be further improved.
