松软破碎带盘区集中巷耦合支护技术研究

摘要
以赵庄二号井松软破碎带盘区集中巷加强支护为背景,基于动态耦合设计思路,通过现场钻孔窥视确定集中巷顶板裂隙发育情况,优化耦合支护设计参数,提出适合地质构造影响区域盘区集中巷的耦合支护技术。经过工程实践证实,采取锚索补强与注浆加固耦合支护手段后,该支护体系有效控制了围岩的变形和破坏,注浆加固处理约90 d天后,变形速度基本为零,满足了盘区巷道长期使用的需求,为此类地质条件下盘区巷道的加固提供了参考。
        Based on the background of strengthening support of concentrated roadway in soft and fractured zone of Zhaozhuang No. 2 Shaft and the development of roof fissures of concentrated roadway through on-site borehole peeping, the design parameters of coupling support was optimized, the coupling support technology suitable for the influence of geological structure on regional concentrated roadway was put forward. The engineering practice proved that the supporting system effectively controlled the deformation and destruction of surrounding rock after adopting the coupling support method of anchor cable reinforcement and grouting reinforcement. After grouting reinforcement treatment for about 90 d, the deformation speed was basically zero, which met the needs of long-term use of roadways, and provided reinforcement under such geological conditions.
