摘要
文章介绍了峰峰集团万年矿三水平南翼回风下山整修加固工程,提出了4种巷道整修加固方案,通过对4种方案进行对比分析,最终决定采用"U型钢底拱梁+混凝土底拱碹+壁后注浆"联合支护,并对该方案的整修加固实施技术及支护参数进行了阐释,现场应用情况表明,该支护方式可以有效实现对高膨胀性软岩巷道的整修加固,彻底治理了围岩膨胀变形,为高膨胀性软岩巷道支护探索出了一种新方法。
        The paper introduced the repair and reinforcement project of south wing air return dip in No. 3 Level of Wannian Mine of Fengfeng Group and provided the four repair and reinforcement plans of the mine roadway. With the comparison analysis on the four plans,a combined support with"U type steel floor arch beam + concrete floor arch liner + backfill grouting"was finally determined. The paper explained the repair and reinforcement implemented technology and support parameters of the plan. The site application conditions showed that the support technology could effectively realize the repair and reinforcement of the mine roadway,could completely control the swelling and deformation of the surrounding rock and could discover a new method to support the mine roadway with the high swelling soft rock.
