脑梗死继发偏瘫实施中西医结合康复护理的效果评价

摘要
目的评价脑梗死继发偏瘫实施中西医结合康复护理的效果。方法对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施中西医结合康复护理。对比两组治疗前后NIHSS评分、改良Barthel指数及Fugl-Meyer肢体功能评分,对比两组治疗前后躯体健康、心理健康、人文关怀及社会环境评分,对比两组护理满意率。结果研究组治疗后NIHSS评分、改良Barthel指数及Fugl-Meyer肢体功能评分及生活质量各类目评分显著高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死继发偏瘫实施中西医结合康复护理可显著改善患者运动功能及神经功能缺损,提高患者生活质量及护理质量。
Objective To evaluate the effects of rehabilitation nursing with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined with western medicine on hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction. Methods A control group and an observation group were involved in the study. Routine nursing was adopted in the control group while rehabilitation nursing of TCM combined with Western medicine was adopted in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing. The scores of NIHSS, improved Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer limb function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The scores of physical health, mental health, humanistic care and social environment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The satisfaction rate with nursing was compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the observation group enjoyed significantly higher scores of NIHSS, improved Barthel Index, Fugl-Meyer limb function and quality of life compared with the control group(P<0.05). In addition, the observation group enjoyed significantly higher satisfaction rate compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) combined with western medicine can improve the motor function and NIHSS of the patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction and improve their life quality and nursing quality.
