3D打印技术的发展及在神经外科领域的应用及前景

摘要
3D打印最早应用于工业,其最常用的打印技术主要有积压—熔融沉积式、光敏树脂选择性固化、选择性激光烧结。目前在医学上成熟应用于3D打印医学模型及3D打印医疗器械,3D打印生物人工器官目前处于探索阶段。在神经外科领域,3D打印颅骨成型技术目前已应用于临床颅骨缺损患者修补手术中。同时3D打印病变模型应用在脊柱手术、颅底肿瘤、颅内动脉瘤及动静脉畸形手术的术前模拟,利于制定精确的手术计划。3D打印技术在神经外科领域具有广阔的发展前景。
