手术前后标准化管理的可行性及有效性分析

摘要
为了探讨手术室护理工作中实施标准化管理的手术运行策略的可行性及有效性分析,建立并实施标准化管理,主要包含手术部位标识管理、手术预约管理、手术分级管理、手术安全核查标准等,并针对标准落实情况采取相应的管理策略,并将我院标准化管理实施前后进行分组,将实施前作为对照组,实施后作为研究组,对比两组手术室运行效率。结果表明,研究组连台衔接时间、护士每日人均手术时间以及手术持续时间明显少于对照组(P<0. 05);研究组满意度和首台手术切皮时间准确率明显高于对照组(P<0. 05);研究组各项指标的未达标发生率明显低于对照组(P<0. 05);研究组护理人员技能评分高于对照组(P<0. 05)。在建立手术运行管理标准后,我院手术室工作效率明显提高,而且手术运行更加流畅、规范,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the surgical operation strategy for standardized management in operating room nursing work,Standardized management,including surgical site identification management,surgical appointment management,surgical grading management,surgical safety verification standards,etc. The implementation of the corresponding management strategy,and the standardization management of our hospital before and after the implementation of the group,will be implemented as a control group before implementation,as a research The study group compared the operating efficiency of the two groups.
