摘要
<正>多发性硬化(MS)是一种自身免疫性疾病,以中枢神经系统白质炎性脱髓鞘病变为主,确切的病因及发病机制目前尚不明确。据相关研究显示异常血脂水平与MS病程进展及残疾严重程度相关,本文就MS与血脂关系研究进展综述如下。1 MS与血脂的相关性MS的特征性病理改变为中枢神经系统(CNS)白质内多发性脱髓鞘斑块形成,最常累及的部位为脑室周围、近皮质、视神经、脊髓、脑干、小脑,临床特点为病灶的空间和时间多发性,确切病因不明,可能与病毒感染、自身免疫反应或遗传等多种因素
