摘要
悬浮固体的含量指标是油田注水指标中最重要的指标之一。SY/T 5329—2012《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》对于注入水水质的要求偏于严格,虽然相应可减少洗井次数及费用,但是水处理成本费用高且不易达标。首先建立了注水井注水模型,通过该模型将悬浮固体含量与洗井周期建立了联系,然后对水处理系统要增加过滤级数而增加的费用与洗井次数减少所降低的费用进行了综合分析,从而确定出经济合理的悬浮固体的含量控制指标。
The content index of suspended solids is one of the most important indexes of oilfield water injection. The quality demand of injected water is strict in SY/T 5329-2012 "Water quality standard and practice for analysis of oilfield injecting waters in clastic reservoirs". Although it can reduce the well-flushing times and corresponding cost, the cost of water treatment is high and the water quality is not easy to meet the requirement of the standard. First injection Wells water injection model is established. Through this model, the suspension solid content is connected with the well washing cycle, and then the cost of increasing the filtration series and decreasing the cost of washing well are analyzed comprehensively, the economic and reasonable content control index of suspended solid is finally determined.
