摘要
在油田现场实际注水中,常发现注入水中悬浮固体含量远超行业标准却能够平稳注入地下的情况。为此,开展了相关的岩心试验,研究不同悬浮固体含量对地层的影响。介绍了试验流程、步骤,以及注入水水质和注入速度等参数,并对试验结果进行了分析,得出结论:在岩心形成致密的滤饼前,悬浮固体含量越高对岩心的损害越大;随着时间的推移,岩心的滤饼将越来越致密,大量的悬浮固体将形成外滤饼而不再进入岩心内部,对岩心的损害将非常缓慢。
        During water injection in oil field, it was often found that a concentration of suspended solids in water was much higher than that of industry standard; it could be smoothly injected into the underground. Based on the findings, core tests were conducted to study the strata affected by various concentration of suspended solid. This paper introduced the testing procedure, the steps, and parameters such as water quality and injection speed. The analysis of testing results indicated: the higher suspended solid content of water injected into underground, the greater damage was to the core before core formed a dense filter cake. Over time, the core filter cake would become compact enough so that much of the suspended solids would form an outer filter cake instead of entering the core, and damage to the core would be very slow.
