石墨基固体润滑复合涂料的研究与应用现状

摘要
简述了石墨的结构性能与功用,综述了石墨涂料润滑剂与固体润滑复合涂层的研究与应用现状,介绍了石墨固体润滑涂层的主要应用领域和产品种类,分析了石墨固体润滑涂层的技术瓶颈,展望了石墨-聚合物固体润滑复合涂层的发展方向。
        In this paper,the structure and properties of graphite are briefly described. The research and application of graphite-based coating lubricant and solid composite coating are reviewed. The main application fields and product types of graphite solid lubricant coating materials are introduced. The bottleneck restriction of graphite-based solid lubrication coating is analyzed. In addition,the development trend of the graphite-polymer solid lubricating composite material is discussed.
