摘要
某石化公司燃料气系统管线内部腐蚀严重。为解决燃料气管线的内腐蚀问题,对其内部介质进行了采样分析,利用实验室模拟试验等手段,对其腐蚀机理及影响因素进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:燃料气系统管线内腐蚀原因是介质中少量的Cl和S等腐蚀性物质溶于系统内部少量凝结水后造成的酸性水腐蚀。影响腐蚀的主要因素有腐蚀性物质浓度,介质pH值、流速、流态以及氨氮等杂质含量。
        Serious corrosion problem of fuel gas pipeline happened in a refining & chemical company. In order to solve the problem, the medium inside the pipeline was sampled and analyzed. Corrosion mechanism and its influencing factors were analyzed and studied by means of laboratory simulation test. The results showed that the corrosion was mainly caused by the acidic water, that is, a small amount of corrosive substances such as Cl and S in the medium dissolved in a small amount of condensate water inside the system. The main influencing factors were concentration of corrosive substances, pH value, flow rate and flow pattern of medium and contents of impurities such as ammonia nitrogen.
