生物质固化成型设备及其成型影响因素分析

摘要
为深入研究生物质固化成型设备及其成型影响因素,有效促进生物质固化成型技术的发展,从生物质固化成型设备的工作原理、生产率、磨损、能耗4个方面对3种形式的生物质固化成型设备进行了比较,揭示了各类型成型设备的特点,指出了未来生物质固化成型设备的发展方向。针对生物质原料的多样性、压缩方式和压缩条件的不同,将生物质固化成型影响因素进行了归类,系统阐述了生物质固化成型影响因素对其成型结果的影响。文章为生物质固化成型设备的进一步研究提供了借鉴和参考。
        To study the biomass curing equipment and its forming influence factors, and promote the development of the biomass curing technology, three kinds of biomass curing equipments were firstly compared from four aspects(the working principle, the productivity, the wear and the energy consumption), which revealed the features of different kinds of biomass curing equipments, and pointed out the development direction of the biomass curing equipment. Secondly, the forming influence factors were classified, and the results of these factors to the formation were systematically elaborated according to the diversity of the biomass materials, the differences of compression ways and compression condition. This provides reference for further research of the biomass curing equipment.
