摘要
以大庆炼油厂含油污泥为研究对象,以含油污泥固含量为评价指标,研究了二氧化碳与氧化胺对含油污泥的协同清洗效果。结果表明,在温度为65℃、搅拌时间为30min、搅拌速度为200r·min-1、固液比为1∶6的条件下,氧化胺清洗后的含油污泥固含量在1.71%~3.59%之间,用量为1.0g时的清洗效果最好;在相同条件下,通入二氧化碳的N,N-二甲基十四烷基氧化胺、N,N-二甲基十八烷基氧化胺对含油污泥的清洗效果更好,固含量在1.17%~2.25%之间,用量为1.0g时的清洗效果最好。
Using oily sludge from Daqing Refinery as a research object,the solid content of oily sludge as an evaluation index,we studied the synergistic cleaning effect of amine oxide on oily sludge in the presence of carbon dioxide.The results indicate that the cleaning effect of amine oxide on oily sludge is the best when the amino oxide dosage is 1.0 g,and the solid content of oily sludge is between 1.71%and 3.59% under the conditions as follows:the temperature was 65 ℃,the stirring time was 30 min,the stirring speed was 200 r·min-1,and the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶6.Meanwhile,when the amino oxide dosage is 1.0 g,and the solid content of oily sludge is between 1.17% and 2.25% under the above conditions in the presence of carbon dioxide,the cleaning effects of N,N-dimethyldodecyl amine oxide and N,N-dimethyloctadecyl amine oxide on oily sludge are better.
