摘要

本文通过研究短波频段固定业务的情况、国际国内规则和与该业务相关的ITU建议书、固定业务信号特征及监测分析方法,为短波频段固定业务监测提供方法和建议。
        This paper studies on fixed service in HF band, international and domestic rules, associated with the ITU suggestions, the characteristics and monitoring methods of fixed service signals, and puts forward some suggestions and methods for monitoring fixed service.
