摘要
固态限流器(SSFCL)使用概率的低下与其昂贵的投资成本形成显著矛盾。在收集大量文献的基础上总结了国内外关于固态限流器的发展及研究现状,特别对现有几种初步满足多种功能的固态限流器拓扑结构、技术特点与应用前景进行了分析,并提出了笔者近年来研究的一种新型多功能固态限流器(MSSFCL)的拓扑结构。探讨了多功能固态限流器研究中亟需解决的关键技术问题。最后,介绍了MSSFCL的应用趋势。
        There is an obvious contradiction between the utilization of the solid-state fault current limiter(SSFCL) and its investment cost. In this paper, the research and development of the SSFCL are summarized. It analyses the topology, technical characteristic and application prospect of the SSFCL, which basically achieves the multi-function, it also proposes a novel topology of multi-function solid-state fault current limiter. It discusses key problems of the MSSFCL in future development. Finally, it discusses the future application of the MSSFCL.
