摘要
利用自制的高纯铝定向凝固装置,研究高纯铝定向凝固过程中胞状晶界的结构特性,计算了定向凝固固相晶界的溶质浓度分布。结果表明,高纯铝胞状晶晶界边缘存在微观的隆起和皱褶,晶界处的溶质浓度与晶界结构参数、液固界面前沿液相溶质浓度和定向凝固速度相关。
        The grain boundary characteristic in the process of directional solidification was studied by self-made equipment, and the distribution of solutes was calculated. The results show that the upheaval and fold present in the afterbirth-like crystal boundary edges of high purity aluminum. The solute concentration at boundary, structure parameters of boundary and the liquid solute concentration in front of solid-liquid interface relate with the speed of directional solidification.
