摘要
某型船海水管路挠性接管法兰出现腐蚀渗漏现象,为明确其腐蚀渗漏原因,对其进行了宏观形貌观察及平整度分析、微观组织分析、化学成分分析及力学性能测试。结果表明:漏水法兰为黄铜材质,力学性能与设计要求铝青铜不符。漏水法兰密封面发生明显腐蚀变色,呈紫色,表面粗糙度大,存在较多的连续性腐蚀坑贯穿密封面凸台,最终海水通过连续性腐蚀坑导致渗漏。
In order to analyze the reason for corrosion leakage,morphological observation,flatness analysis,microstructure analysis,chemical composition analysis and mechanical property test were used to figure out the seawater leakage of the flexible pipe joint flange. Results showed that the leaking flange was made of brass and its mechanical properties were not in conformity with the qualified aluminum bronze. The sealing surface discolored into purple,and surface roughness increased,as well as many continuous corrosion pits running through the convex platform of the sealing surface existed. Eventually,the seawater went through the continuous corrosion pits,leading to the leakage.
