摘要
国际秩序的动荡与重建,新冷战的阴影,美国的政治争斗与欧洲的混乱成为时政领域中备受关注的热点。在公共思想界,自由主义的危机及其复兴前景,文化左派的困境,政治正确与科学研究的关系等议题成为2018年的焦点。
