总体国家安全观视野下“互联网+”社会治安防控问题研究

摘要
"互联网+"的时代背景对当前社会治安防控提出新的风险和挑战,公安机关作为社会治安防控的主导力量,应在总体国家安全观的指导下,准确把握"互联网+"社会生活中出现的新型社会治安问题,立足当下创新社会治安治理手段,提升社会治安治理效能,确保社会治安秩序和谐稳定,以满足人民群众不断提升的社会生活安全感和满意度要求。总体国家安全观的指导下,社会治安防控体系应紧密衔接新时代的要求和趋势,被赋予新的内涵,在面对新的问题和挑战时,应找到更好的完善和发展路径。
There have been new risks and challenges for the current social order prevention and control under the background of the Internet plus era. Public security organs,as the leading force in the prevention and control of social order,should accurately grasp the new social security problems in the Internet plus social life under the guidance of the overall national security concept,based on the current innovation of social order management. Under the guidance of the overall national security concept,the social security prevention and control system should closely link up the requirements and trends of the new era,be endowed with new connotations,and find better ways to improve and develop in the face of new problems and challenges.
