农机生产性服务模式创新研究——来自山东与江苏的实践

摘要
农机服务产业作为我国农村重要的农业生产性服务产业,不仅能够夯实农业生产能力基础,提升农业发展质量,推进农村第一产业和第三产业相融合,而且还能促进小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接。本文在在对山东、江苏两省的调研基础上,采用案例比较分析的方法,探讨当前农机规模经营与土地规模经营的互补互促,农机生产性服务供给模式创新的内在动因、村集体与政府的作用等问题,得出在当前粮食波动情况下,通过延伸农机产业服务产业链,在提供农机专业化服务的基础上发展综合服务是未来发展趋势。
As an important agricultural production service industry in China's rural areas, Agricultural machinery service industry can not only consolidate the foundation of agricultural production capacity, improve the quality of agricultural development, promote the integration of rural primary and tertiary industries, but also promote the organic link between small farmers and modern agricultural development. Based on the investigation of Shandong and Jiangsu provinces, this paper uses the method of case comparative analysis to discuss the complementarity and mutual promotion between agricultural machinery scale operation and land scale operation, the internal motivation of innovation of agricultural machinery productive service supply mode, the role of village collective and government, etc. It is concluded that under the current situation of grain fluctuation, agricultural machinery industry service industry chain can be extended to provide agricultural machinery services. Comprehensive services on the basis of providing specialized services for agricultural machinery is the future development trend.
