金砖国家崛起与合作对国际体系转型的影响

摘要
21世纪以来金砖国家快速崛起,综合国力显著增强,成为世界舞台上举足轻重的经济政治力量,形成了以领导人峰会为核心的全方位、多层次、宽领域的合作机制。金砖国家的迅速崛起及其合作机制的建立对国际体系产生了深刻影响,推动着国际权力结构的变更、国际制度的改革和新型国际共有观念的形成,国际体系正在由以西方为中心向东西方共同主导转变。当然,由于金砖国家发展及合作面临的难题和西方国家的相对优势,金砖国家在推进国际体系变革和转型进程中也面临着诸多挑战。对此,金砖国家需要解决发展难题,提升综合国力,推进金砖合作机制化建设,大力推进"金砖+"合作模式,妥善处理好与西方大国的关系。
Since the 21 st century,the BRICS countries have been rising rapidly and their comprehensive national strength has grown significantly,becoming an important economic and political force on the word stage and forming the comprehensive,multiple and wide-ranging cooperation mechanism with the summits of the leaders as the core. The rapid rise of BRICS countries and the establishment of cooperation mechanism have had a profound impact on the international system,promoting the transformation of international power structure,the reform of the international system and the formation of a new international shared conception. And the international system is changing from being dominated by the west to being dominated by both the west and the east. Due to the difficulties faced by BRICS countries in their development and cooperation and the comparative advantages of western countries,BRICS countries are also confronted with many challenges in the process of promoting the reform and transformation of the international system. Therefore,BRICS countries need to solve developing problems,enhance comprehensive national strength,promote the building of BRICS cooperation mechanism,greatly facilitate the " BRICS +" cooperation model,and properly handle their relationship with western powers.
