摘要

高校二级学院学生干部存在着种类多、多头管理等问题,为了提高高校二级学院学生干部工作活力,需要从学生主体出发推动高校二级学院学生干部队伍整体化建设,理顺岗位关系,规范选举流程,明确岗位职责,加强教育培训,完善监督考核,健全奖惩办法。
        In order to improve the vitality of the work of student cadres in secondary colleges, it is necessary to promote the overall construction of student cadres in secondary colleges, straighten out post relations, standardize the election process, clarify post responsibilities, strengthen education and training, improve supervision and assessment, and improve the methods of rewards and punishments.
