摘要

国际旅游已经发展到出入境旅游并重、深度国际化大交流、旅游外交功能凸显的新阶段,本文对国际旅游专业群人才培养模式的创新研究,符合产业转型创新发展背景下湖南旅游产业发展所需,符合当前高等职业教育国际化改革趋势所需,可给其他地区、其他行业的国际化人才培养提供一定的借鉴和参考。
        International tourism has reached a new stage in which both inbound and outbound tourism attach equal importance,international exchange is deep and tourism diplomacy function is highlighted. This paper reaches on the talent training mode innovation of international tourism specialty group,which meets the needs of the tourism industry development in Hunan under the background of industrial transition and innovation,and the needs of current international reform trend of higher vocational education. It is hoped that it can provide certain reference for the internationalized talents training in other regions and industries.
