肠梗阻的MSCT表现

摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在肠梗阻诊断中的价值。方法收集国内关于肠梗阻CT诊断及影像表现的文献,总结出肠梗阻的MSCT表现,包括其类型、病因、部位、程度、是否伴发绞窄。结果 MSCT对于肠梗阻的类型的判断、病因的分析、梗阻部位的判断、是否伴有肠绞窄方面有特殊的影像学表现,尤其是结合多平面重组(MPR),可以更明显地显示梗阻的部位及原因。不同类型的肠梗阻在MSCT上有不同的表现。结论 MSCT对肠梗阻的诊断有重要的作用,不但体现在梗阻类型的判断、原因的分析、是否伴发肠绞窄方面,而且对于肠梗阻的临床治疗方法的选择、手术时机的选择及手术开口位置的选择有重要的指导意义。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of multiple slices CT(MSCT)in intestinal obstruction.Methods To collect the domestic literature on CT diagnosis and imaging manifestations of intestinal obstruction, summarize the MSCT manifestations of intestinal obstruction,including its type,etiology,location,degree,and whether accompanied by strangulation.Results MSCT has special imaging manifestations in judging the type,analyzing the cause,judging the location and whether there is intestinal strangulation or not of intestinal obstruction.Especially in combination with multi-planar reformation(MPR),the location and cause of obstruction can be more clearly displayed.Different types of intestinal obstruction have different manifestations on MSCT.Conclusion MSCT plays an important role in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction, not only reflected in the judgment of the type of obstruction,the analysis of its causes, whether intestinal strangulation is accompanied, but also has important guiding significance for the choice of clinical treatment methods, timing of operation and location of surgical opening.
