“工作标准”的概念、术语和定义辨析

摘要
现行国家标准中未给出"工作标准"的术语和定义。本文从逻辑学、术语学、标准化等维度探讨了"工作"和"工作标准"的概念,通过对汉语词汇"工作"的语义分析,结合标准化活动典型特征,对"工作标准"进行了两种划分,即"职业工作标准"和"岗位工作标准"。文章尝试给出了"工作标准"的术语和定义。
The term and definition of "work standard" are not given in the current national standards. This paper discusses the concepts of "work" and "work standard" from the perspectives of logic, terminology and standardization.By analyzing the semantic meaning of the Chinese vocabulary "work" and combined with the typical characteristics of standardization activities, "work standards" is divided into two categories, namely "professional work standard" and "duty standard". The article tries to give the term and definition of "work standard".
