摘要
国际图书馆协会和机构联合会(简称IFLA)制定的《图书馆学情报学专业教育规划指南》可以为各国图书馆学情报学专业教育和相关标准的研究提供参考。IFLA《图书馆学情报学专业教育规划指南》由主体框架、课程要素、课程、教职员工、学生、支持、教育资源与设施七个部分构成。图书馆学情报学课程基于该规划的目的和达成目标,内容上应该包括完整的课程和其他教育经验,为学生提供图书情报领域的研究与实践的理论框架。我国图书馆学情报学教育应借鉴IFLA《图书馆学情报学专业教育规划指南》的相关内容,加强与相关部门的合作与协调,合理安排教育内容,重视地域文化的作用,将本土知识嵌入到相关专业课程中,同时出台我国图书馆学情报学专业教育标准,调整课程,寻求与国际标准接轨的路径。
The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions(IFLA) has formulated The Guide to the Planning of Professional Education of Library & Information Science which can provide references for the research of library and information science education and related standards in all the countries. It consists of seven parts such as main frame, curriculum elements, curriculum, teaching staff, students, support, educational resources and facilities. The courses of library and information science based on the purpose of this planning include complete courses and other educational experiences to provide students with theoretical framework for research and practice in library and information field. In the education of library & information science China should draw lessons from the relevant contents in The Guide to the Planning of Professional Education of Library & Information Science by IFLA, strengthen the cooperation and coordination with relevant departments, arrange reasonably the content of education, attach importance to the regional culture, integrate the local knowledge into related professional courses, meanwhile lay down the Chinese standards of professional education of library & information science, adjust the courses and seek the path to international standards.
