摘要
目的探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化与急性脑梗死的关系。方法选取2016年2月~2017年3月我院内科收治的70例脑梗死患者作为观察组,另选取同期我院门诊接收的66例健康体检者作为对照组,采用免疫增强比浊法和血液分析仪测量法,分别检测两组的hs-CRP水平和RDW,分析RDW及hs-CRP水平变化对急性脑梗死的影响。结果观察组的血清hs-CRP水平为(14.30±0.51)mg/L,RDW为(23.06±4.61)%,均高于对照组的(7.28±0.49)mg/L、(12.48±3.81)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的病变部位血管腔面积为(7.62±2.21)mm2,大于对照组的(6.51±1.91)mm2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。hs-CRP水平与病变部位血管腔面积成正相关(r=0.326,P=0.001),RDW与病变部位血管腔面积成正相关(r=0.321,P=0.002)。结论检测急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP水平及RDW对患者疾病预测及治疗具有重要的临床意义。
        Objective To investigate the relationship between red blood cell distribution width(RDW) and high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP) level and acute cerebral infarction. Methods Seventy patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the observation group, and 66 healthy subjects who received medical examination from the outpatient of our hospital were selected as the control group. Immunoenhanced turbidimetry and blood analysis instrumental measurement method were used to detect hs-CRP levels and RDW in the two groups, and to analyze the effect of RDW and hs-CRP levels on acute cerebral infarction. Results The serum hs-CRP level of the observation group was(14.30±0.51) mg/L, the RDW was(23.06±4.61) %, which was higher than that of the control group for(7.28±0.49) mg/L,(12.48±3.81) %, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The vascular lumen area of the lesion in the observation group was(7.62±2.21) mm2, which was larger than that in the control group of(6.51±1.91) mm2, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with the vascular lumen area of the lesion(r=0.326, P=0.001), and RDW was positively correlated with the vascular lumen area of the lesion(r=0.321, P=0.002). Conclusion Detection of serum level of hs-CRP and RDW in patients with acute cerebral infarction has important clinical significance for disease prediction and treatment.
