摘要
为防止海底管道在海底环境下的失稳,常采用混凝土配重层来提高海底管道重量,为海底管道提供负浮力,保证管道在海底的稳定性,同时对海管起到机械保护作用。混凝土配重层的强度、耐久性主要取决于水泥的性能、水灰比、混凝土配比等,水泥的选择对混凝土配重层的性能具有重要的意义。本文主要对海底管道混凝土配重层常用水泥的国内外标准进行对比,为海底管道配重涂敷业务对外发展提供参考。
        In order to prevent the instability of submarine pipelines in the seabed environment, concrete counterweights are often used to increase the weight of submarine pipelines, provide negative buoyancy for submarine pipelines, ensure the stability of pipelines at the seabed, and provide mechanical protection for seawater pipes. The strength and durability of the concrete weight layer mainly depend on the performance of the cement, the water-cement ratio, the concrete ratio, etc. The choice of cement has important significance for the performance of the concrete weight layer. This paper mainly compares the domestic and international standards of cement commonly used in submarine pipeline concrete weight layer, and provides reference for the external development of submarine pipeline weight coating business.
