摘要
核电厂培训管理系统是依据系统化培训方法(SAT)并结合核电厂培训管理活动的实际情况进行设计,其目的是规范、统一核电厂培训工作,助力于提高培训工作的管理水平。本文介绍了核电厂培训管理系统的设计思路、实现方法和模块功能,为核电厂培训管理信息化系统建设提供一定的参考。
Nuclear Power Plant Training Management System is designed according to the systematic approach to training(SAT) and the actual situation of the training management activities in NPP. Its purpose is to standardize and unify the training work and help improve the management level of training work. This paper introduces the design idea, implementation method and software module function of the training management system of NPP, which provides some reference for the construction of the training management information system of NPP.
