浅谈提高水利工程概预算编制质量的主要措施

摘要
现阶段,水利工程建设对保障人民生命财产安全、拉动经济需求起到至关重要的作用,但水利工程建设周期长、影响因素多,工程建设总投资往往容易突破设计额。为保证项目立项,减少施工期调概,有效控制投资规模,提高水利工程概预算编制质量具有重要意义。该文对工程建设中经常出现的问题进行分析,探讨提高水利工程概预算编制质量的主要措施。
At the present stage,water conservancy projects play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of people's lives and property and driving economic needs. However,the construction period of water conservancy projects is long and there are many influencing factors. The total investment in engineering construction is often easy to break through the design amount. In order to ensure the project establishment,reduce the construction period adjustment,effectively control the scale of investment,and improve the quality of the project budget preparation is of great significance. This paper analyzes the problems that often appear in the construction of some projects,and discusses the main measures to improve the quality of budget preparation for water conservancy projects.
