土地细碎化对农户购买农机作业服务的约束路径分析

摘要
土地细碎化提高了农机作业成本和交易费用从而限制农户购买农机作业服务,其中地块面积小、地块间道路修筑率低以及地块间种植作物差异大形成的规模效应、阻隔效应和结构效应是该约束机制的实现路径。本文基于11省市1133户农户的调查数据,使用两部模型以及夏普里值分解方法测定了三种效应及其贡献率。研究发现,在农户决定是否购买农机作业服务的决策中,土地细碎化的约束表现为阻隔效应和结构效应,而且结构效应的贡献率高于阻隔效应;而在农户购买农机作业服务数量的决策中,三种效应都非常明显,其中规模效应和结构效应占有主导地位。
Land fragmentation imposes constraints on farmers' agricultural machinery services purchase behavior through increasing machinery operating cost and transaction cost. The scale effect,separation effect and structure effect caused by small plots,the low rate road construction and diversified cropping respectively are the three constraints of land fragmentation on farmers purchasing agricultural machinery services. Using the survey data of 1,133 farmers from 11 provinces and applying two-part model and Shapley Value method,this paper tests the three effects of land fragmentation and their contribution to farmers' agricultural machinery services purchase.The results show that both separation effect and structure effect work when farmers make their decision on purchasing agricultural machinery services or not,and structure effect is larger than separation effect; when it comes to the decision of how much agricultural machinery service farmers will purchase,all the three effects are significant,and scale effect and structure effect are more significant.
