土建工程施工管理中的施工进度管理与控制

摘要
在我国国民经济快速发展的大环境下,我国的土建工程也得到了长足的进步。土建工程是我国最基本的建设工程之一,同时也是现代工程建设中非常重要的一部分。对于现代化的工程建设项目来说,土建工程的施工质量、施工进度管理与控制是工程项目管理过程中非常重要的内容,在土建工程的施工过程中施工进度的管理就是要保证施工进度规划的合理性和有效性,本文主要对土建工程施工管理中的施工进度管理进行了分析,并进一步对加强施工管理中的施工进度管理和控制措施进行了研究。
Under the great environment of China's rapid national economic development, China's civil engineering projects have also made considerable progress. Civil engineering is one of the most basic construction projects in China, and it is also a very important part of modern engineering construction. For modern engineering construction projects, the construction quality and construction schedule management and control of civil engineering are very important contents in the project management process. The construction schedule management in the civil engineering construction process is to ensure the reasonable planning of the construction schedule. Sexuality and effectiveness, this paper mainly analyzes the construction schedule management in civil engineering construction management, and further studies the construction schedule management and control measures in strengthening construction management.
