摘要

通过分析市政工程施工现场管理的研究意义,提出了目前施工现场管理中存在的问题,针对现场管理机构与安全管理特点,形成了完善的现场管理体系,以期解决目前面临的市政工程施工现场管理问题。
        By analyzing the research significance of construction site management of municipal engineering,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the construction site management at present,and forms a perfect site management system according to the characteristics of site management organization and safety management. In order to solve the current municipal engineering construction site management problems.
