摘要

作者曾赴加拿大多伦多圣力嘉学院参加了为期三周的学校管理干部领导力培训。加拿大职业教育特色给人印象深刻。通过学习,再结合自己职业教育工作实践进行对比思考,感觉加拿大职业教育的办学体制、办学模式、人才培养等是值得我们学习和借鉴的。
        The author of this paper was trained in the 3-week program of school leadership in Snaca College in Toronto in Canada. The features of vocational education in Canada impressed us deeply. After training, the author compares it with the vocational education practice in China, and then feels that the school-running system, the school-running mode, the talent cultivation deserve learning.
